If you or your horse have any kind of training problems then often a small alteration to your position can massively improve your performance. Not only is a correct position essential to apply the aids correctly it helps you get better marks in the ring and can help alleviate painful back or shoulder problems
The most popular clinic format is each rider having a 45 minute dismounted session, including spinal alignment on the saddlehorse, and a 45 minute mounted session on their own horse, to incorporate new alignment patterns into your horse's usual training programme. £55 per person
Alternatively, hour sessions at £35 per hour can be taken either dismounted or mounted. Lindsay is happy to teach dismounted only clinics, mounted only clinics, or a mixture.
Mounted sessions are generally dressage/flatwork lessons, incorporating rider/horse alignment corrections into your schooling. When you are riding your horse in a training situation (ie not on the lunge), it is important that both of you stay focussed on working in a constructive way- Lindsay does not expect riders to focus on subtle concepts while allowing the horse to switch off!
