Alfie is one of those horses you do not come across very often! With fluid floating paces and the temperament of a saint he is a truly fabulous schoolmaster. He has competed internationally at PARA shows and competed up to PSG. He is very grumpy to handle and hates to be fussed other than to have just above the top of his tail scratched which he loves! once you start sctratching he won't let you out of the stable!!!! He was previously ridden by a PARA grade IV rider until she gave up the ride before the NW regionals in Feb 2009 and very kindly handed over the reins too young rider Emily Richards. Emily has been very successful with Alfie at JFEI level and has now been selected for the BEF regional foundation squad and is reserve on the British training squad. Leonie took over the ride in 2010 and gained scores of up to 70% at Inter I and PSG, won at regional level and qualified for the Nationals 4 times up to PSG. He has now moved on to a new home with Lindsay Wilcox Reid

Won PARA grade IV in St Lo, France
